I m concerned too how well the lake will b maintained, as was mentioned in other thread too. At the end it will go back to council and how much can u expect from council? Some more it s expensive to maintain a lake...in Setia eco park, the lake and landscaping all under JMB ?

The SEH thread is even hotter - version 9 already but EM thread will be slowly catching up :nice:Given the scarcity of land in the Klang Valley, Semenyih is one of the popular areas with huge growth potential. You have correctly pointed out that it may take several years to see the price appreciation but I reasonably believe that this is very likely to happen if the EM and SEH projects plus other projects in the surrounding area (eg Country Garden's Diamond City) are successfully delivered to buyers. |
