If u filthy rich or too much money buy for invest or own stay oklah at semnenyih kajang, for newbies wit limited holding power, its really a big riak...today 6pm drove frum kajang to puchong using highway, and oposit side jam like hell...for somebody working at kl or pj its a definite no no...i know few " investors" stuck with unsold poperties, inc Nadayu Kajang, Msuites etc

i work in Bandar Baru Bangi, scare Semenyih very jam, if Mah Sing@SouthVille is near but 2.5DSL is 850K. EM is very branded and i like thier concept "Green/Eco"

Is understandable the other side of the SKVE is more jam if is around off work time. Many ppl staying in cheras/kajang/semenyih too. There are quite a number of ppl working in putrajaya as well.

If working in KL I think is ok to stay in kajang/semenyih or shall i say Setia Ecohill or EcoMajestic coz is more about time adjustment. If you can leave for work earlier shld not be an issue. Going back home is not so bad as well if u go back late abit. Sometimes is also abt acceptance to get a comfortable home.

Melawati is malay area too but prices sky high too though not like Damansara. Lets face it, Malays are majority, they are everywhere. Also, I prefer Malay area cause they are house proud and usually maintain well-kept houses. BTW saw only a few Malay buyers during Cradleton selection.

Me Work near sogo kl, everyday go back ioi area approx one hour to reach damansala toll super jam at the toll getting worse, than frum damansara to sunway pucong toll using ldp or nkve subang airpot road anoter one hour if after rain or bad day, nw imagine reached pucong still have to go kajang semenyih, the stress level crazy

I think prohibiting altar also wont go down well with many chinese, perhaps can compromise with guidance on size and location?
