This Sunday is the Banker Day, presumebly one stop loan application "center" from all the panel bankers, so just bring the documents and you can send in application for all the panel banks under one roof....

Hi all, just a quick question. With Eco Hills and Majestic next to each other, is one considered better than the other? It looks like Majestic is lower density than Eco Hills but I'm not certain if it's considered a more premium estate.

The timing of this Bankers Day is quite slow or late. It is two weeks after the booking date. By now most should have applied bank loans. Perhaps, this can be treated as light makan-makan event and also to kaplui session.

Can anyone share what is the density of EcoHill?

Eco Hills can be considered as a supreme choice for an entry level of a great township. Eco hill is linked directly to the LEKAS highway and with reasonable good landscape design, eco nature, great amenities (the parc and welcome center/community hall) and is nearest to the Tesco hypermarket and commercial area (with some famous eateries such as pizza hut, KFC, McD, secret recipe, old town, etc).

Eco Majestic as I mention before, is an "upgrade version" of Eco Hills, with more supreme landscape design (gazebo structure, back lane landscape design, red carpet bridge connecting EM and SEH, signature roundabout with fountain design, better building material etc.. To enjoy this "upgrade version", of course the price is about 10 - 20% higher than the Eco hills.

Density wise I presume more or less about the same, but Ecomajestic will have silver square commercial area (I foresee will be something similar/upgrade to Setia Walk) while commercial plot for SEH only allocated for 64 shoplots only.

Another one distint difference between SEH and EM would be the land title (Strata for EM and individual for SEH), each got pro and cons, depend on your own preference though.

Nevertheless, both SEH and EM shall be great township which will depend each other, link to each other and of course prosper together...

Not all purchasers already made the application I presume, even for those already made such application, maybe just to few banks only. Now have the chance to compare the package for all the panel banks and can submit the application in one shot...

SPA signing seems to me most likely will be next weekend or after.

I really hope they can launch the cluster units first before the SPA signing though...

Bro TT18 already shared it. I guess precinct 2 and 3 of EcoHill should have much lower density compare to precinct 1. If compare cradleton with precinct 1, i think number of houeses is roughly the same but the density for cradleton should be lower since it has small parks/gardens and greens.

Like Bro Teng said, if cluster going to launch with limited units, might need to camp for 24-48 hours

If compare the price yes but for clustered semi-D starting price is 8xxK. Surely will have people grab it. Cradleton 24x75 price >780K also got ppl grab. The lowest entry 1 sure got ppl sapu. For non-cluster 1, maybe more difficult..... Like u said, over a million... Even SEH still have few units unsold yet.
