Surely can't drive there. There is fence but not sure in future there is a small gate or not. This one easier to maneuver once JMB takes over. But then it will create problem. Imagine other tenderfields buyer drive to there at the small gate and park there by the road side. Solve one problem but create another.

Fortunate for the couple, they are architects themselves and probably know where to look and what to do. The rest of us, how? May be bullied if we don't know anything - sure just accept whatever developer offer. We need to be represented collectively so that together we can get more commitment and serious attention also fair consistent treatment from developer. That's why I decided even if not staying or renting out, will need to "use" the house regularly especially lights and water system to ensure any defects show up during liability period.

Anyone has any idea whether the lake is on a (much) lower ground? If so the fence may not be so irritating when view it from the balcony (for those lake facing units).

I think should have a small gate, otherwise very frustrating can see cannot access. In Taman Metropolitan, Kepong example, there is small gate that can lock from inside the development, so public cannot access but house owners can access the beautiful lake. But not sure though who holds key or who locks but I suppose can be arranged, small issue?

To me I think it's a bit crazy to queue overnight to get a desired unit though this seems to be quite common nowadays, not only for property, other stuff too like hand phone. Will you sleep / queue overnight there?

I not sure but my logical deduction is that the lake is marginally lower the road level and house level. Of not mistaken, this lake is partly natural and partly man made.

I recall it was mentioned somewhere in this thread, yes the lake is slightly lower or sloping. If there are tall trees, need to trim regularly. In my current place, although nestled mid-way on a hill, I still see nothing from my balcony because I am on ground floor and the wild trees are at least 2-3 storeys tall blocking all views. I just accept it as "nature retreat view" . When life gives you lemon, make lemonade loh.

Agreed with you on the small gate if JMB takes over on the one hand it provides access to residence to the lake area but on the other hand the keys need to be duplicated for all residents? What happen if someone forgets to lock and this will provide easy access for criminals to the houses.

Nearby in Bukit Antarabangsa so I used to go there for jogging but not anymore due to son's busy school schedule. You too?

They would have bought the estate as a whole, rather than partial. This covers the west side of Lekas if it is true. Glanced at Ho Chin Soon map 2 weeks back and also noticed the same for EW land area.

Very reluctant lah although I can imagine can be quite fun if got kaki (plus leng lui) after all those queueing may actually become neighbours.

My own conclusion is : No queueing if buy for investment, Queue if own stay. That's why I can understand TKJ's anxiety and dilemma.
