Wah, total disaster man. How's the occupancy there?
*
Occupancy is picking up, at least 35% is occupied judging by the number of curtains

Number of curtains not equal to occupancy. The best indication of occupancy is from management office, utility reading etc.

I wish i could get so much raw data. But thanks for the tips

visited foresta recently. The developer has truly made a lot of improvement compare to my last visit.

Indeed, they recently tiled up the water curtain at the jacuzzi place, that is a neat touch up as well..

The RA and community is doing a good job in getting the Developer fixing things up thumbup.gif

Wow, impressive view indeed!

Where is the photo taken from?
From any specific block unit? Or at the common facility floor?
*
Possible from Block A,B,D... and also the roof garden and level 7 facilities too

Where do you usually head to? But I would say there is no standstill jam to say the least during peak hour, just heavy traffic but overall is moving.

I think during the morning, worse case is 40 minutes

Evening, worse case is 50 minutes.

Many owner occupied, around 50% stayed in already.. The air quality here is lovely

anyone notice the telco tower on the of the hills?
not sure will it post and health risks?
anyone tested the RF around the condo area b4?
*
Thats a celcom tower btw. And even so, the signal is not so good for celcom, which also means less RF for humans tongue.gif

The bad signal of celcom is also due to the RF waves that propagate by diverging out as it beams out... Like the waves u make when throwing a stone to water, the circumference grows as it moves out further, same theory applies to these RF

these days, cannot avoid la, WIFI, 4G,3G,GSM,UHF all kinds of waves... For me, more worrying would be high tension cable

Ppl expectations are complex,  they want strong telco connection service at home but they don't want any telco tower nearby.
