It is not about emergency or not.. even if it is emergency, I am sure they can make 3 to 4 fts space between the building and the road... looking at it, assume the road is about 30ft wide, 1 way about 15fs, if you take out 4ft to make space between the road and the building, then you will still have 13ft wide road each.. I guess that is still good enough.. anyhow, it is a dead ends.. I believe they should not open this section at all to any car (unless emergency)..

It just doesn't look right, if you look closely, there is a some kind of gap in between, cause the section of the building with the window is actually extended out from the lower edge... And they are putting some sort of concrete divider there.. I seriously and honestly hope that is their permanent solution for that... How can the architect missed that or come out with such design...

It is quite bare. Need more furnishing and landscape to make it more cozy.

Yup... there are really a lot of touch up / rectification that need to be carry out... Overall, I think the quality is nothing impressive at all, at least for now.. Hope it will get better soon... The paint work is really like a mess, you can see gaps between 2 colours, you can see patches which is not covered in paints, you can patches with uneven colour... you can see stains etc.. The way they paint is like very no systematic at all... like today "song song" paint here, then paint there.. and i think it is waste of time if you have to repaint, come back, setup the entire scuff folding just to paint a tidy section or make correction... Its like a poor project management.. Do you all notice how close some of the lamp post is to the unit... the lights are just too close to some of the unit's windows...[attachmentid=5649987]

btw, how can they get the VP/approval from the authority when the entire building is not complete yet? Can they actually do that? Or it is the normal Malaysia Kopi way? What happen if the developer just stop fixing all the pending issue / incomplete job after they got the approval from the authority? What will the authority do? What can buyer do?

and how can we complain about the common area defect? Are we suppose to put it in our defect list? I hope not, cause no one will walk the entire building just to check the defect for them.. If that is the case, we become the site supervisor for them.. Furthermore, there are areas that we will not check (the entire staircase, car park, lighting etc) but it doesn't mean we can accept defect in those areas.. I hope we dont have another Elements roof top issue here....

DPC has different selling points. Those who like DPC will not buy here. My friend who live in The Airie also critic Foresta as he has lots of investment in DPC and DPC always his benchmark when buying other property.

Perhaps this is the only development with "private forest".
I say private because public has the difficulties to access to the forest facility due to the slope. I love forest and will consider as well their phase 2 duplex with double volume 6 meter height window overlooking the forest.

Sorry for not making my question clear. It's actually just a curious question because of some rumors I heard.

An agent told me that one of the building tilt a little making owners worried thus selling them on s&p price.

The price psf of foresta is really going down so far.

I almost bought one, but the unfriendly access turn me off. Reading this and others complaints, I feel lucky not to buy it then...   

In all honesty.....think the view from balcony looks good and exterior looks nice also. Just the timber on balcony seems a bit out....are they water proof?
