so altogether 12 blocks stretch into 10 years master plan.

Guess you bought the later block. Those who bought Block A can easily get RM100K net profit (assuming selling at 740K) after deducting RPGT and legal/agent expenses.

Block A owner here. We have minor defects for Block A, and we probably bought at 100-150K below your price in average.

Sorry for your "lost". Timing is very bad, coupled with the bad quality for Block B and C, so it is a double pain.
As mentioned earlier, this project comes with DIBS, attracts the purchasers will less holding power, thus, selling below market value are expected.

Mayland/ LnG has never known for good quality products. Hope the public negative responses of the phase 1's buyers teach them a lesson. They need to slow down the launching of phase 2, Let's the market digest the force selling units in phase 1 first.

No0, he is not the employee. He is just a purchaser like you but with differnt experience and opinion.

The difference is he is still staying in marriage (with the property)..aka holding the property. And you have separated from yours by disposing it.

Agreed to your opinions earlier, the defect things could be sorted out if u put effort into it. Even big names and reputable developers do not deliver defects free properties nowadays, at least my experience with Sp setia, tan n tan, ytl proven that.
With the current soft market, one should not expect a quick flip with handsome profits, those time have gone.

correct. Those selling below 800K are those unit in Block A and facing the phase 2 construction site.
SO we can't use the lowest undesirable units' price as a yardstick to generalise all units in Foresta are in cheap sales.
