My plan is to go mid to long term on capital appreciation. Or give it to my son when he gets married (super long term).

Flipper market is gone with tighten loan disbursement n interest rate hike. Rental yield is also not encouraging , if break even is consider good, a little gain would be bonus.

Good thing is MRT directly to Bukit bintang. Like Toa Payoh to Orchard. Haha

Started to see pillars built in the middle of Jln Cheras with horizontal bars, located in front of Leisure Mall. This is the same construction for MRT station as seen in Tmn Pertama and Midah.

The 'n-shape' or 'pi-shape' structures built in front of EKC to swing the railway.

Thanks Jagalat bro for the photo.
From the photo, maximum lane for the road is 4 lane or maybe 3.
One lane is for EKC/ bus/ taxi..

WTF Malaysia "Novena"?

So far only KL Sentral looks OK.

Eko Cheras definitely better than Eco Sky jalan ipoh, the later we not even visit the show room. Why? KTM CMI.

If I wan to invest in mass market condo, I will go for this one. Cant find any better development than tis.

Ktm has a notorious reputation, any project that ride on ktm is deem to fail.

I think rm2.5 psf is more realistic given the current rental market.

In additional to connect to the U-turn bridge to be built by EkoVest, I would hope they retain the current 4 towards the Billion roundabout(ie 2 for the flyover, 2 for roundabout).

actually do u all think the proposed link bridge and ramp up to mrr2 will be materialised?somehow i personally think both r just empty promises.. haha just feeling.. but anyhow.. ekc is just steps away from mrt.. so yeahh
