And I'm quite worries about the entrance of Ekocheras. The tranffiic of Jalan cheras will be congested if EKC parking entrance/ exit is not effectively plan and managed.

From I see in Sunway Velocity, there are entrances/ exits and they even build the underground road directly to car parking like parking in KLCC.

As for the entrance / exit to EKC, honestly I have prepared and ready it is going to be congested, unless they build extra entrance / exit (underground, overhead, new access etc)...

And then 4 lanes become 2 lanes fly over to kl direction. The architect who designed this is a genius... Of creating bottleneck.

One to two lanes will be used for drop off, pick up, n waiting of mrt passengers ...

Hope there is enough room for that.

That saves some exposure to sunlight/rain (understand there is a link-bridge from EKC) whistling.gif whistling.gif

Wonder what the feeder bus route of Tmn Mutiara Barat side will be...
Station -> EKC -> Mutiara Barat -> Awanapuri -> Tayton Harmoni -> Tayton View -> [Connaught(Tayton side)??] -> Station???

what u mentioned is proposed food court plus car park at leisure mall side. That is not MRT park n ride.

Haha...I was just speculating

Trinity built the 1st air con bus station in malaysia at the Zest n earn lots of marketing points for their projects

Maybe ekovest will follow, more so the link bridge bring crowd to their mall, more traffic, they can increase the mall rental rate

The other air cond link bridge to the lrt is kl gateway at bangsar south. They hv a direct air cond bridge to the existing universiti lrt.

Another lrt project by alila bangsar is going to station 2 full time security guards at the link bridge to the existing bangsar lrt station.
