Weekend side track 1:

Points picked from the articles
- It should be noted that, the price appreciation of the MRT properties only is applicable to those within 500m or equivalent 10 mins of walking distance.

- But, those MRT properties that are too close to MRT stations, may have some price cut, due to noise pollution, traffic congestion etc

- MRT property value depends heavily on developer's execution (not purely on the location)

For more details, pls refer to the link. Enjoy!

Yes, the LRT has the real screeching sound that's irritating.
My office is about 100m from the LRT track and despite being more than 30 floors above, I can still here the train everytime it passes by.
*
I really beh tahan with this kind of noise. It is like alarm which will ring every half an hour.
In my opinion, soundproofing might be working if it is covered railway...

The units facing the other side should be ok... It's not too noisy from my office but I'm very sure my office is further to the track then EKC.

Hopefully the MRT isn't as noisy as the LRT
*
Haha.. the other side might have cemetary view wo

The rental psf has dropped in general for the past 7 years.
Wondering what will the rental of EKC be by early 2018.

http://property.sinchew.com.my/node/2655

Mont Kiara is having RM2.93psf.
If using the same rental psf for EKC, the rental is

RM2.93×762sf=RM2,232.66.

Of course, one can argue different area or year, different rental  psf
*
I'm happy if rental can fetch RM3-RM3.50/sqf by 2017/8

Same same lah...
After l took a picture of the layout, they never come back.
Anyway l really don't mind if they rearrange the layout as my parking lot is not so near to BlkJ but close to office tower.
*
Did u take any photo of the car park?...
I forgot where my car park n not sure if it is near to lift ..

Looking at the number of carparks, can imagine the density. If a visitor forgets to remember the numbering, he/she will be lost

BTW, mine is at B2. is it Block E all at B2?
*
Block E got B3 or not..? biggrin.gif

Not sure if Ekovest is using internal resource for EKC project
Is Econpile related to Ekovest?
The Econpile's borad of directors did not spell any "Lim" or 'Wong"...
Wonder if Ekovest holds a stake on Econpile from its IPO in June.
*
bro, mind to share why u think these 2 companies are related..? But Eco & Eko.

Can't answer for sure.
I am under the impression, per older threads, we are supposed to pay the 2nd billing by Jul/this month.
But I looked at BlkH and BlkE sites, the piling work has not gone to a stage matching BlkJ.
*
i think the project still has plenty of time... 3 ++ years to go.
Normal project takes only 3 years.
