Tower J has clear view at Cheras Sentral side. However, KLCC view for tower H up to floor 35 will be blocked by tower E........

BlkE (high floor - obvious) and BlkH (high floor - less) that can view Bukit Mewah MRT station, will also see Kuari cemetery
BlkJ&H's high-floor end-units (next to Hotel) may see Kwongtong cemetery

Bro, it is difficult to predict rental after 4 years later once the Mrt is completed. Unless u were able to predict the property price up so much since year 2009? smile.gif

There is mrt 2-3 coming soon also the high speed rail to Singapore.

I saw they digged hole for underground a few months back ... And also saw them filling in soil recently.
Not sure why..
