Yaya...should be Prompt Capital change name to Ekovest Capital (so it is the same company) and the kpkt website not updated yet

Unde the HDA, the developer has to state the details of the developer company which is holding the developer license and the advertising permit so Prompt Capital now changed name to Ekovest Capital is the developer for both EKC and EKT

Wondering why suka-suka tukar nama....

May be a change in shareholders or partners? Anyone attended their general meeting?

On the bright side, if both EKC and EKT are using the same developer company, any dong-kua-tau-fu happened to EKC, it will impact EKT directly, in terms of financial, reputation etc

So, I deduce that (no shoot me) EKC being the pioneer project will have to be delivered.
Also, the chances of abandoning EKC and runaway is relatively low.

Maybe Ekovest Capital sounds more representative n nicer than Prompt Capital any time

Both projects will maintain 2 different HDA account so as far as financial is concern should not affect each other. All collection must be bank into its own HDA account n money in the account can only be withdrawn to pay for cost of the project only according to HDA rules

The exact location for Leisure Mall MRT (which shared by ekoCheras?) not confirm yet?

It's an above ground station hence the platform.

As per my observation on Sunday, the LS station has yet been constructed.
In front of EKC, they are building the "n-shape" or "pi-shape" structures to swing the MRT railway in order to joint the railway under the MRR2 highway.

To build a station, they need to form some horizontal "braces/holders" and later apply cement work etc..

Examples: These are the pictures taken at Tmn Pertama(Bkt Ria Station)

Build a horizontal platform by applying some cement


Similar construction (ie "braces/holders" + platform) can also be seen in front of Maybank of Tmn Midah(Bkt Mewah Station)

I hv not done my research on this project. But if it does not hv a direct covered bridge to lrt/mrt, i will not invest in it. If its freehold then it is a good selling point.
