Boss, Jln Cheras is one of the longest roads in KV, from behind Pudu pasar until Kajang police station.
Ada banyak high rise (existing + new) within 1km off the road.
Tak cukup banyak?

A list of MRT1 projects has been put up by Patchay boss, quoted from CMW123's post:

https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3021334/+1769

Some of the projects are LH.
Will it be easier by referring to the list and zoom into the to FH projects with 450k?

You might wanna add some new projects like Dupion, Saville Cheras ...

For me it looks like not progress lo..
But I could be wrong.. First time buy the high-rise property..
So maybe initial phase will be slow?

Taken around 6pm just now (minutes befote rain)..
Here is an overall view of BlkJ/office's site. Wider deep area seen compared to few week ago. I have very limited angle to snap photo as cranes or blockages are every where. For those interested, it is encouraged to walk in and have a view. Take care of your safety.

Author say: "Whichever property is your final pick, you’d probably won’t go wrong
because time and time again, properties nearing to public transport has shown
to command a premium rent over other locations."

Do you agree??

They are doing piling for 60storey building + 3 storey basements
I am not surprise with time taken

I bought one project with 4 storeys basement + simple 15storey building
It took them 15months to complete the dig out + piling

A recent example is four seasons. After launched in feb.2013, after more than 2years only superstructure rose from ground.

I think Ekovest should start the construction before spa signing.

Thanks for your posts to indicate buildings with basement require construction time.

Also curious if you are a buyer of any EKC unit.
I am sure other daikor has asked the same question.
Mind to reveal?
Thank you.

Weekend sidetrack:

Are you convinced with their talk about preventing flood?
Your say, please....

Quotes:
Ekovest sales and marketing manager Brandon Lim says the company is well aware of the flooding that happen occasionally in the area and have plans underway to mitigate future floods.

“Jalan Cheras fronting EkoCheras Development Kuala Lumpur bound traffic side will be raised between 0.5m to 1m. Accordingly, the basement entry/exit points thus completely eliminating the surface water from entering into the basement.

“As a further measure, the basement will also be equipped with pumps to discharge any incidental surface water originating from the basement entry/exit points,” he said, adding that the company is also building a U-turn ramp to MRR2 heading towards Jalan Ampang which is expected to be completed by 2017.

Based on what l have witnessed at the site, the progress is slow.
I am expecting LAD.
