I normally check this site. It still spells Soho.
Understand it is slow to reflect.

When the Soho were launched in 2013, finger kungfu BBB mode...
When BlkE was launched in Nanyang property fair later the same year, BBB mode too....
When hotel and office were launched a few months ago, BBB as well.....
At least the developer has bagged the 10% from the buyers (on paper)...

There is slow progress.
The purpose of the pictures are meant for close monitoring so all daikors can feedback/push the developer for progress. Slow progress is better no progress. Will still have a long way to go.

Side track a bit, for those who is interested about this article

LKC in a recent round table discussion about property field in post-GST era, is aware that
developers have to financially strong.

Me also not related to the developer)

Agree at the statement that Ekocheras mall needs to humblely learn from other malls in order to avoid unnecessary pitfall or cycles for others have gone thru. Atria redevelopment is a good subject.

I normally visit the site during weekend.. l roughly can see about 20 workers (less??). Some are operating cranes or vehicles. Some are doing cement work. Some are resting at the workshop.
I am not sure if weekdays are the same. Any daikor can help to verify?

Bro, I do not know their actual schedule.
But if I am expecting this progress to speed up, I do not know if the workmanship is reliable.
On the other hand, too slow is also not good, but at least is going on.

If the pictures are one week apart, one may be saying the progress is slow, a few inches, a pile per week.

My camera has limitation also.
Can't grab better resolution.

But, take a deeper look, if the picture has one cm difference, then there are few feet/yards change.
Anyway, I only shared one picture about BlkH site.
If you have a chance to take a closer look, you have seen a flat path compared to last week (more ground "revealed").

I would highly recommend you to visit the site to have a look. nod.gif
