Just to illustrate my imagination, here is an image of superimposing EKC project on the exisitng Tmn Mutiara Barat.
Assumption: the using Jalan Mutiara Barat as the divider between BlkJ and BlkH. (P/S: I do not have photoshop nor the skill to edit images until those Transformers, Gozzila nor animals showing up in front of Berjaya Time Square) ![]() |

What if a mall under the building and with MRT station, would the rental price doable to entrepreneurs that use it for both office and home? if want to use for office, there is ample office space with is larger than this at this price! |

QUOTE(mybenz @ Jul 11 2014, 02:53 PM) This is actually not a bad news to EKC studio 59x sf(but semi furnished), size very close to Pertama. With RM450k(mid floor), 10% DP, tenure 35 years, using 4.45% interest, the installment is RM1,904. Maintenance fee ~RM200. |
