QUOTE(Jagalat @ Jul 4 2014, 07:22 PM) I would say some units cannot avoid the view. JMHO.... BlkE (high floor - obvious) and BlkH (high floor - less) that can view Bukit Mewah MRT station, will also see Kuari cemetery BlkJ&H's high-floor end-units (next to Hotel) may see Kwongtong cemetery Bro, thanks for your photo. QUOTE(CaptainCool @ Jul 4 2014, 08:49 PM) hahaha, mine seems to be cemetery view then...... I have no absolute answer until seeing the actual orientation/angle of BlkJ and parcel windows. For now, intermediate units should be hindered by the glass angle from seeing the cemetery. That is why l mentioned high floor units next to hotel, ie corner units taller than MRR2 that have window towards the west, should see cemetery. Again, the actual building orientation will confirm the actual scene.

QUOTE(mybenz @ Jul 5 2014, 11:38 AM) What you think the rental can fetch at cheras? Bro, it is difficult to predict rental after 4 years later once the Mrt is completed. Unless u were able to predict the property price up so much since year 2009? There is mrt 2-3 coming soon also the high speed rail to Singapore.

QUOTE(CloudAtla$ @ Jul 5 2014, 12:57 AM) So all depend on luck if the unit not cemetary view. Most buyer may not aware whn tbey bought their unit.Good luck. I have been staying at my parents' house for 25 years in which the balcony has a view of the Kwongtong cemetery (higher ground side) Open the balcony door/window , see hill......cemetery hill. Not a big deal to me. In fact, the cemetery has been there even before Cheras having highrise. Comparing to the house l stayed in terms of cemetery view, BlkJ&H are really further away and only some units can see...

For own stay, if got choice, for sure you also wont prefer cemetary view.

QUOTE(soon9913 @ Jul 5 2014, 10:14 PM) Do u think the next progress billing 10% coming soon ..? Becoz there will be basement, have they started digging underground? After that, piling has to be completed before the next 10% billing....will they work on the SOHO n Block E first or the shopping mall first or both concurrently? Probably only in 2015 This is a 4 years project, 1 year longer than normal 3 years project

With underground basement until B3 and covering such a large area, it should be a big job and more than just digging holes...they even need to manage the earth dug out
