Haha I think it is quite a distance. Unavoidable view in surrounding condo...

I have no absolute answer until seeing the actual orientation/angle of BlkJ and parcel windows.
For now, intermediate units should be hindered by the glass angle from seeing the cemetery.
That is why l mentioned high floor units next to hotel, ie corner units taller than MRR2 that have window towards the west, should see cemetery.

Again, the actual building orientation will confirm the actual scene.

So all depend on luck if the unit not cemetary view. Most buyer may not aware whn tbey bought their unit.Good luck.

Haha.. Cemetary is just small part of the panorama view n nothing scary.. It is a place where everyone will be there.

Bro, it is difficult to predict rental after 4 years later once the Mrt is completed. Unless u were able to predict the property price up so much since year 2009?

There is mrt 2-3 coming soon also the high speed rail to Singapore.

I have been staying at my parents' house for 25 years in which the balcony has a view of the Kwongtong cemetery (higher ground side)
Open the balcony door/window , see hill......cemetery hill.
Not a big deal to me.

In fact, the cemetery has been there even before Cheras having highrise.

Comparing to the house l stayed in terms of cemetery view, BlkJ&H are really further away and only some units can see...

agree, this is like so far away..... i bet any highrise with a good view also can see cemetery or some sorts nearer or further.... just if pantang dont get those which is directly beside or opposite den ok ady la for me.....

From investing point of view, this not good. For own stay, if got choice, for sure you also wont prefer cemetary view.

I saw they digged hole for underground a few months back ... And also saw them filling in soil recently.
Not sure why..

With underground basement until B3 and covering such a large area, it should be a big job and more than just digging holes...they even need to manage the earth dug out

I doubt EKC can complete in 4 yrs. 4.5 to 5yrs more likely. Massive jobs....
