In my opinion, l believe Jalan Mutiara Barat is in the middle of EKC as this road will be reopened for public access.
Maybe the road gets widen or shifted some feet from its original position.

How about other bosses view?

The basement work is kind of worrying me..
I saw the dug to about 2 levels depth early this year but they filled it with soil...Don't know why...

I have no knowledge about construction, but according to common sense, there should be multiple Olympic swimming pools at EKC sites by now. ....Hmm..

Anyone can share his/her expertise?

Will there be change of plan to 'elevate' the basement B3 to match Jln Cheras level?

This picture was taken 2 days ago.
Just realised that my camera did not offer clear contour resolution.
So the "well" below the white crane is the hole dug recently.

Two days ago, with more objects removed, it is clear to see a crane seatted at a certian deepth from the ground level.

Jalan Cheras (DBKL) could be from Velocity thru EKC until Pheonix...
Not sure where and length of the drain-capacity extension project at Jalan Cheras near the Mass Rapid Transit construction site.

Happened to pass-by afternoon yesterday.
Here are a few photos taken from a angle points

Point A: Taken for office and BlkJ site

Point B: Taken for MRT station and rails

One station (horizontal bars, like ribs)
Double rails. One for the MRT(middle of Jln Cheras), one for the side-park/U-turn(Closer to camera)

The additional rail is meant for MRT train to park or/and to make a U-turn.

The scaled model at sales gallery also displayed two rails.
SA explained the same description as typed above.
