I passed by Jalan Mutiara Barat half an hour ago.
A lot of workers are working along/crossing the road. Sign of busy. The road is dusty. Not the right time to stop for a while....

As l drove near the Billion roundabout, the lane below the MRT track is sufficient for two lanes access. My guess this are the future lanes leading the Uturn flyover.

QUOTE(propertyMontKiara @ Nov 10 2014, 03:21 AM) dont' quite understand why with the same amount money, you are investing it in a densed, congested unplanned city here in Cheras versus a well planned city like Cyberjaya with a also planned economic zone in place already. we know knowledge and innovative economy is the future, and Cyberjaya is driving that initiative in making it materialise. The surroundings of CBJ is breathtaking, a very good environment to raise kids if you have a family. DPulze mall is up and IOI resort City mall ( as big as Mid Valley ) is coming up this month. I would use the same money to buy properties in CBJ for the next several years..just my 2 cents for those who want to own an a nice environment with cheaper pricing compare to other parts of KL. Curious, did you vest in Cyberjaya?

QUOTE(accetera @ Nov 15 2014, 01:48 PM) Why are we getting Loanstreet advertisements here? LOL.... Normally an article will be quoted/referred for relating/implying its content to EKC, so all daikors and bosses can comment. Recently just happened to read loanstreet more often.

I understand that the site of BlkH/BlkE/Hotel has picked up its pace in catching up. In fact, there has been some significant progress (some can been seen in the C and D pictures).
All this while the BlkJ/Office site is seen as the "frontier/pioneer" site and expected to show more "leading" status than just in the pictures. Just my opinion. (I know very little about construction)

I am asking the question above partly because I would like to see if the mall approval has delayed the construction schedule. From this link, it said that this project status is sakit (I am also a bit sakit hati reading this) Status Pemajuan : Sakit (under Projeck tab) http://idaman2.kpkt.gov.my:8888/idv5/98_eH...?pmju_Kod=13176The definition: https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?id=4...437117413010601This post has been edited by Jagalat: Nov 20 2014, 09:20 AM

Should buyers continue to write-in the concern to the developer(just like the flash flood case) and monitor developer's effort/progress of catching up/improvement?
