Here is the latest updates and now is the registration phase.

Please find attached herewith all the relevant details for the Cheras 3-storey super semi-detached project, located at the hill top of Taynton View/Taman Mutiara Barat/Bukit Tiara. Kindly take note that the project name is subject to change, pending Authorities' approval.

The sales gallery at site is expected to open to public on the end November 2014 and show units (with and without interior design) will ready by March 2015. The average size of land area is 4,000-6,000 sq.ft with average size of built-up area of 5,000-6,000 sq.ft.

The average selling price is RM3.5 million before early bird discount etc.

It would be truly great if there is a better access to this project. I would say that The current route is really bad. Was really interested in it until I realised the hurdle(traffic) getting there 😵

Any update on this? Heard the price is starting from 2m and is there any changes with the masterplan?

From MRR2 can clearly see these 3-storey superlinks, standing tall on the elevated ground just right next to the busy road. But most units macam still vacant, judging by the lack of lights if driving by at night.

Almost all sold out already wor. Spent almost 2mil and not living there?

I just checked with them, Phase 1 superlink almost sold out; left 3 units. Phase 2 semi-d fully sold. Phase 3 superlink about 50% sold; left 20+ units. Phase 4 town villa aka town house is now open for registration with indicative pricing about 1.2 to 1.5 million for 2,300-2,600 sq ft built up.

Just came back from the show unit... No idea who is the ID.. asked the SA, show unit available to sell too.. but need add another 400k for the renovation.

I'm interested to this project too... One of the cons is 2 schools is just right beside, the traffic can be terrible during schooling time ... But it could be pro or con for you ..

Yes, 4 storey Townvilla is open for registration now. But don’t have showroom yet. Total 40 units only.

cannot access directly from mrr2 which can be a good thing cos no congestion...based on their video, access is from east west link and jalan cheras
