Got it...

How come they called those units as "studio apartment"?
(They also don't like to call those units as SOHO?)

The selling of those units is meant for cash flow, EKC development costs, and as capital

- 其次是提供更好的公共交通系統
- 在更策略地點興建更多可負擔房屋。

Too much optimism going on in here. Pouring some cold water. The property market in the next 10 years will be different from the last 10 years.

Would you like to share your opinion and elaborate further about next 10 years?
Thank you.

My opinion is worthless here and is likely to be not accurate. I believe everybody here has in mind how the property market is going to look like in the near future. In retrospect, we could always see there are lots of rear wind driving the market forward. Anyway, Ekocheras is a good project as long as its residents or tenants are of high quality.  rclxms.gif

Although they launched the project last year, but most of the buyers got the spa dated this year n my case is dated apr. They already had extra half year to finish the project without compensate LAD.

Hehe... My SnP was signed and stamped on Dec-13.

I believe the concern of developer cutting short certain area/process is valid.

Understand no one has the clearest or deepest info about their progress.
At least we have a team of buyers monitoring from far.
If there is anything not right, buyers have to act as a team to rectify/feedback.

Auction action in property market hots up

Random points,

- At a recent CIMB property auction, some 2,000 bidders showed up

Malaysia can be a high-income country as early as 2018

"At the same time, the robust economic growth of 6.3% in 1H 2014 (2010-
2013: 5.7% p.a.) driven by both investment-led domestic demand and the
rebound in external demand means the economy is on track to achieving
the high-income economy status as measured by the GNI per capita of at
least USD15,000; this may be met before 2020, possibly by 2018"

What do you think?

This photo is captured in Tayton, a road next to EKC.
Noted there are two lines of pillar. 2nd line is for mrt.
Wondering if the 1st line is for link bridge to EKC?
Anyone notice this..?

Thanks for the photo...
I personally also hope the 1st line is for link bridge to EKC. drool.gif

Here is another possibility.
I read somewhere that there is a proposal to build a "U-turn" or "side lane" rail for the MRT.
Can't recall/re-quote the link..

- The author mentioned units from 500sf to 800sf is suitable for single or small family stay.

Hmmmm... Most EKC units are meeting this criteria...

There was rain this morning. During afternoon time l passed by Jln Cheras in front of EKC, l observed no flood nor no accumulated water at MRT site.
On the other hand, the traffic to billion roundabout was so smooth until l couldn't snap a picture...
