Not really lah. In term of faster cashflow assuming both take the same time period of 4 years:

Toll road no cashflow return until completion when toll can be collected

But building construction once they reach certain stage can already claim for loan disbursement

Ekovest expertise is constructing toll road. its their main expertise and revenue contributor. Property development is secondary.

yes they should but see last time the hotel, i asked the SA and also the IWH man, they said the mall SURE is managed by ekocheras, end up they sold it. i'm sure same case with the mall.

U mean the hotel right?? EKC 1 pile per week n dig few cm per week, so need to sell the mall to help with their cashflow la.. Funny they have more malls n integrated developments coming up brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif

Yup sorry i meant hotel. But MV don't care...still so hot. Yup am sure ecocity will boost MV's numbers even more, but when is ecocity going to be done? That's another delay project no?

I can say no one can beat Mid valley..

As I'm one of the Ekocheras units owner. Just hope that they well manage the mall and etc then will be thanks god

Yeap, no1 can beat MV but it can affect MV marginally.. Lately, MV carpark situation not as bad as before.. Will be interesting to see how EKC mall turn out n hope they can hire Retail Network to do the leasing.. This one is mmg the centre of Cheras n think the mall can do well.. 650k NLA mall is mid sized n good for the area laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Cannot compare a mall like mid valley with mixed development like this.

The most successful mixed delopment is Scott Garden. For my opinion.

alot of my friends in oug and okr don't go there.. they said it's too dodgy and rowdy. but anyway back to ekocheras.. hoped they would come up with similar concept with less red light stuff but.. reallreally dunno their management pandai and dediacted enough or not.

I dnt think concept with many bars/clubs are good in the long run as u would attract the wrong crowd.. Maybe that's just me but setiawalk is the same also..

EKC is a full mall n i still think the old plan was btr as I like the way the shops were facing.. Anyway, V3 n slow progress but they moving to new project already.. Buyers btr be thr during the launch n ask them why slow!
