1) The southern corridor of KV has a population of close to half a million.
2) The southern corridor’s traction has also been strengthened undeniably by its accessibility. 3) PVBJ as a regional mall which will cater the ppls from Puchong South, Seri Kembangan, Bangi, Nilai Semenyih, Kajang , cyberjaya and putrajaya appx of half a million ppls.
If someone said that PVBJ 100% will not have impact to MV. i dont see why malton will develop regional mall in southern of kv.
