Hi All Sifu here,
Need your advice urgently: This week I am going to sign the SPA and loan agreement for this ekocheras project, i am using the EkoVest SPA lawyer which is Susanna Lim & Partners since is together with the purchase package. May I know anything I need to take note? is the SPA standard ? or I need to get them send me the document to review through first before signing? |
