All the MRT properties are to certain degree, competitors to each other. Along with the design and plot ratio, there is some degree of "complementary" to the competition, eg EKC supplied mostly one roomers or studio units.

I went to KEB sales gallery and a SA used EKC as reference.
(I dont mind sharing this in this forum since you mentioned Netizen.)To my surprise, he said that those who missed EKC two years back, should buy Netizen. He also told me his customer has two units in EKC and really fatt already after hotel launched at RM1k psf (He said it without knowing l am also vested)
I don't exaggerate...

To me, Netizen has Saville Cheras as their head-to-head competitor. Saville Cheras is just one station away and had yet officially prelaunched...Netizen took a step to "pre-soft launch" ahead..

Speaking of EKC progress, would you like to share some constructive suggestion what should buyers do?

That announcement was made last year.
Some units were purchased by directors n persons connected to directors. It is indeed a good news as directors committed themselves n vest interest in this project personally.

I was looking for certain design in Soho but no such supply thus far...details has been spelt in Netizen forum... will continue to monitor... don't mean to use much space of this forum to talk about other project...

For those interested... this author quoted(from whom?) 15-25% appreciation for properties along MRT once in operational.
