QUOTE(deschan100 @ Jun 4 2015, 05:21 PM) i not sure this project completion period is 3 or 4 years. You S&P date is start from tomorrow, counting from tomoro 3 or 4 years. If u dapat claim the late interest, that mean this project is over delay. Oh ya loh. .. anyway I don't hope I want to go through the process claiming the LAD as well.

QUOTE(cteh2 @ Jun 4 2015, 02:41 PM) how's come mine and yours LAD % can be different? I thought this is governed by HDA and it should be standard? You may double confirm if the LAD is 10%. If so, l look at the bright side that they are confident to complete it(at least yr block) within 4 years from tomorrow.

QUOTE(cteh2 @ Jun 6 2015, 08:06 AM) but in my loan agreement it still stated this ekocheras as SOHO? I normally check this site. It still spells Soho. Understand it is slow to reflect. http://idaman2.kpkt.gov.my:8888/idv5/98_eH...proj_kod_Fasa=1(Under pemajuan tab) Anyone has other web site to confirm?
