The key answer to find out is why is the progress so slow despite the strong sale from day 1?

If I was the buyer I would rather hope completion on time than LAD. Not every developer can "afford" to pay, ekovest is not an established high profile player.

Correct. If developer Cannot pay lad. They can Just go bankrupt. Leave their sub Sdn bhd opit empty shell. N half unfinished ekocheras there to let buyer suffer. N at the end bank come cari buyers to pay loan interest even it under dibs. Developer no more Liao. No 1 bear interest Liao. Buyer need bear Liao.

LAD May become buyer nightmare. Better they fast fast finish it.

Yes many claim this is a 60 storey apartment (but is actually 28 duplex) n say piling so long but until now even the piling is not complete... Progress is very slow n everytime i zoom in the picture looks like no difference..

if economy turn sour, i think this might happen... to all future buyer, mus know how slow/dangerous it is to buy ekov project.. no signs of speeding up n too few worker/crane thr..

Aiyo... "like no difference"....Pictures already shown more foundation spots for pillars...
A slow progress is still a progress la... just that it is a little disappointed.

This project why so slow construction? Sign spa last year Jan 2014. Almost 15 months and belum hentam pile in yet.......high chance jadi abandon. Jb property market coming dowb. Ekovest has highest exposure in JB followed by tropicana.
Maybe not enough cash flow to pile....

It is not count by when u sign spa. It is count by when the spa stamped. So should be lagi lama.

Has your spa stamped?
Mine was stamped Dec-2013.

Speaking of pile, the piling work at the perimeter has been done. Now, from the pictures, they are in progress of foundation work.

this price is artificially inflated by ekocheras for s&p. it has not been tested in the free secondary mrk yet.

its disquieting to see the worries here, as compared to the Bbb mode during launch. i did nearly consider a unit in block e.. think it was 28-08 if there is such one? but in the end didn't... due to misgivings on the developer. especially after checking their background in iskandar.

To me the point is, i know they changed from strata shop to mall but why still SO SLOW? If they are a good developer, they would speed up construction now n not look behind.. Jus shows my earlier point tht they are not capable financially.. Buyers should keep questioning them why its still slow as people are not blind..

My previous reply is pointing out a disagreement at "like no difference" as the pictures have indicated the difference.

Yes it is slow. I leave it to all to comment the developer.
As for me, l choose to monitor the progress whenever possible.
