For me it looks like not progress lo.. But I could be wrong.. First time buy the high-rise property.. So maybe initial phase will be slow?

Eve suite@ara damansara another lrt linked service apartment also had slow progress n ended up paying LD for late delivery but they honored their LD payment to the buyers.
