Btw, Ekovest chairman's private company owns Danga City Mall in Johor & the mall has been operating since 2008. So indirectly Ekovest also has experience running a mall via this johor mall.

it is ekocheras aim to have an all inclusive mall whr residents can get most of their daily needs in the mall. That is why they will have a supermarket to cater for daily groceries and fish/vege.

later completion is fine as our economy is bracing 4 a slowdown n property mrk is also slowing down. we get LD compensation 4 late delivery so its fine. hopefully by the time completion mrt will b up and running.

I know not everyone agrees to the following statement but, to me as long as the (BLR-x or BR+spread) stays lower than LAD 8%, l don't mind waiting for a while, as long as the project will vp one day.

if the mall is well runned with good established tenants, ur unit is in for a good capital appreciation. Eko Cheras mall is located right in the centre of cheras while Sunway velocity is located at the fringe of cheras nearer to klcc. So thr is some distance away.

By now they should have signed agreement with cinema, star bucks, banks, anchor tenants, mcd, KFC and etc. Should la. But u got any firm confirmation from them? They don't even say confirmed! |

I agree sunway velocity will command a premium. thats why their studio is selling rm1,350 psf while ekocheras block J is selling at rm750 psf. At least ekocheras is not foolhardy enough to want to manage the mall but am willing to let saville manage it. the johor mall is not part of ekovest and neither was not managed by saville.

Prefer Eko cheras doesn't has a mall, this mall no matter how sure bring down the value of Eko cheras. ..
ask yourself, if you are not staying in Eko cheras, which mall you will go ? Sunway + ikea or Eko ?? Same as pavilion klcc vs sg wang... |
