There are many residential project along mainroad eg. Jalan Tun Razak,J.Ampang, Federal Highway and massive OKR all selling like hotcakes. smile.gif.
Along LDP and Persiaran Surian there are lots condominium and service apartments at road site also tongue.gif

Not many people would like to stay in front of a main road, particularly jalan cheras..
keep your hopes up but dont be too overconfident..
i bet most buyers are investors..

i think those ppl stay here will do their best to take advantage of the mrt and refrain from driving. biggrin.gif I hope so, or the MRT will be underutilized and redundant.

Just side note...
Earlier this year, when I spoke to a SA about my preference of having GSC to EkoMall, she said that she can feedback this info to the team that works on this project(who??).
I interpret that EKC buyers can feedback your preference to them so that they can get a better overall input.
I do not expect they will review/implement all wishes, but buyers at least have a shot.

The recently completed soho Eve Suite at ara damansara is located right in front of damansara-puchong highway and all the units were sold. now recently VPed, my friend already rented his highway facing units (2 units) within a month. it didnt stop the rental interest despite d units directly facing d highway and this also came as a surprise 2 me.

Ekovest's unit sells hotel, office suites to directors and their linked companies
By Meena Lakshana / theedgemarkets.com   | April 1, 2015 : 8:08 PM MYT

KUALA LUMPUR (April 1): Ekovest Capital Sdn Bhd (Ekovest Cap), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ekovest Bhd (Ekovest), has sold hotel and office suites in its EkoCheras development worth RM17.32 million to Ekovest Bhd directors and their linked companies.

In a filing to the local bourse today, Ekovest (fundamental: 1.5; valuation: 2.4) said the purchasers are executive director Lim Hoe, her son and fellow director Wong Kai Shang, director Dr Wong Kai Fatt, shareholder Lim Seong Hai Holdings Sdn Bhd and Sabriland Sdn Bhd.

Ekovest director Datuk Lim Keng Cheng is a major shareholder of Lim Seong Hai Holdings Sdn Bhd, while Ekovest director Lim Hoe is also a director and major shareholder of Sabriland Sdn Bhd.

Lim Hoe is also a sibling to Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo, who is a major shareholder of Ekovest.

“As a property developer, the sale of hotel suites and office suites in the EkoCheras development is in the ordinary course of business of EkoCap.

“Further[more], it is also carried out at arm’s length and based on commercial terms not more favourable than those available to the general public and non-related party purchaser,” the filing stated.

Ekovest shares closed unchanged at RM1.08, with a market capitalisation of RM923.88 million.

we were made to understand a renown UK based property management company Savills group was engaged by Ekovest to run the 1 million sq ft Ekocheras mall. With their expertise Ekovest hopes to get the mall well runned & tenanted, coupled with 12 cineplexes and they r proposing a food court that will attract the best street hawkers to start their operations at the EkoCheras Mall.
