The objective of previous post was to get consensus if EKC SOHO buyers would have any chance "treated" in a similar like those Penang SOHO buyers, given that DBKL has recently hiked the assessment.

Personally, l wouldn't agree to explanation or "justification" spelt in the article.

Additional observations from me, no need to agree.
1) Tesco Midah is located at an easy access place from nearby high mixed population areas eg Bandar Tun Razak, Permaisuri, Tasik Selatan, Cheras flats, Pandan etc.
Customers can either use MRR2, Jalan Cheras or inner Midah roads to get to Tesco.
2) No other hypermarkets surrounding those mixed population areas offers free unlimited hour parking lots to customers. Tesco Midah has been giving free and unlimited hour parking areas since its Makro days.
3) The canteen F&B is selling halal food with sufficient seats for customers.

So for nearby families that only come for grocery and food, this is a perfect place.

Yes.. That is how I derived that low floor(really low floor) of BlkE will be "shaded" by the slope/Convent.

I would interpret the mall will be completed construction in 2016. Operation maybe later.
Hmmm can you further elaborate the term medium range? ie structure, number of retails shop etc...

Comparing the Eko-properties at a glance, the EkoGateway has the closest mixed development elements like EKC.

I don't mean to talk behind any project, but an incinerator factor has been a big thumbdown.
Touchwood....What if the proposed incinerator being moved to an empty land near EKC??
How do we react? (No shoot me)
