Additional observations from me, no need to agree.
1) Tesco Midah is located at an easy access place from nearby high mixed population areas eg Bandar Tun Razak, Permaisuri, Tasik Selatan, Cheras flats, Pandan etc. Customers can either use MRR2, Jalan Cheras or inner Midah roads to get to Tesco. 2) No other hypermarkets surrounding those mixed population areas offers free unlimited hour parking lots to customers. Tesco Midah has been giving free and unlimited hour parking areas since its Makro days. 3) The canteen F&B is selling halal food with sufficient seats for customers. So for nearby families that only come for grocery and food, this is a perfect place. |

I don't mean to talk behind any project, but an incinerator factor has been a big thumbdown.
