malaysia property prices still moving upwards. some spore high end properties recently dropped 30% during mortgage sale..

new launch price in the city still going at very high price like freehold Robertson at jln pudu oppossite tung shin hospital us going for rm1,400 psf..

Sunway velocity another mixed development project in cheras launched their studio units for RM1,340 psf. pretty hefty premium compared to ekocheras. although i hv to admit sunway has a good track record of running malls as compared to ekovest who has not practically runned one b4.

How come the construction is so slow?

looking at jagalat's pix, d overall progress seems quite slow. upside is u dont need to fork ur next 10% progressive payment.

I personally prefer GSC, wishing more GSC in Cheras.
Leisure mall has four old GSC halls (originally from another company if l am not wrong)
Hoping GSC can open more sibling tier screens at EKC, like the way they do in MV-Garden, 1U-TCM or BTS-Pavillion.
