Walao, "This order is ineligible for Small Packet due to its size and/or weight."... shocking.gif Kinda annoying, coz Hobby Search/Nippon-Yasan can ship via Reg SAL, 1900 yen, almost 1k yen cheaper than Amiami's SAL Parcel/EMS rates... mad.gif

This is the first time, since Im ordering MG gunpla. MG gunpla is freaking big so it's fine laugh.gif

QUOTE(WingNut @ Jan 16 2016, 11:19 AM)
amiami has a tendency to use huge outer box... sometimes thrice the size of the figure box. i have no idea why. perhaps they only stock limited size boxes. anyway... according tl exkurogane, still smaller than amazon.jp rolleyes.gif

I dont mind tho. My packages were dented here and there few times already

Got my Yui a few days ago. 12,400yen = RM480 =.= I paid fully with 12.4k of amiami points so it's kind of worth it given how RM is at a bad value at the moment

Alter did a good job at the part where it mattered a lot brows.gif

My Kotegawa Yui was 1670yen SAL, 1920yen EMS
Less than 300yen (RM11) difference i dont see a reason to go for registered SAL

NY's packaging sucks, big time.
Will either go for BIJ or AA - but in view of AA's notorious boxing choice, most probably will go for BIJ (and of coz BIJ can do low value declaration for customers thumbup.gif ) .

Kotobukiya glues their figure to the base without inserting a metal rod inside their foot despite the weight distribution. The screw you see under their figure's base including Olivia is a lie. what's inside her foot is just a plastic block. Some of us Olivia owners had the figure dislodged from the base and we had to spam glue to get the figure back on standing.

Above RM500 is taxable, but kinda depends on luck at times as well...If lucky, even above 500 can lepas...If you don't wanna risk it, keep your shipments below 500...

By declared value+shipping cost...This is an example when buying from Amiami:
Attached Image

Some shops can under-declare the value if you request so can lepas Kastam easier...However (Sifus here correct me if I'm wrong), Kastam may request invoice/receipt if the declared value seems fishy...

I see. Planning to buy a figure online but this is my first time buying. Any online shops with lowest price to recommend? Also the figure I plan to buy is only on pre-order now. Is it worth it to buy those pre-order items?
