(S1) Require garbage room and cargo lift lobby lighting time 7.30am-12am (currently 7pm-7am, 12am-7am is a waste of electricity, because most people are sleeping during this time)

(S2) Ensure that all fire doors must be kept closed. Because the lights of the rubbish room and the cargo lift are off during the day, so the idiot management always open the fire doors let’s the light come from Escape stairs.

(S3) Ensure all parking lift lobby (1flr- 4flr) are extremely dark and must always be bright (currently24 hours lighting on the ground floor only)

(S4) It is advisable to escape the stairs and put a light on each of the two steps (which is already bright enough). This will save a lot of electricity at the same time.

In fact, S1-S4's proposal has been repeatedly send to this idiot's management and AYER's senior executives, but they still ignore it. So I hope everyone from Epic Residence will together complain let’s the idiot management pressure again.

To all residents of EPIC apartments, please do not be selfish or ignoring anymore. This may cause harm to you or your family. Although I did not stay here, I still complained. My personal complaint is useless. Only the power of the masses is useful.

For tower B lift, the issue still remain unsolved (Now the lift can be use but got weird sound, the sound like the cable is loose) same goes for the swimming pool glass wall too (refer to ken wong photo, you can see the glass wall still remain unfix). According to the female admin, 1) developer is looking for other material , 2) waiting for insurance claim. So we have no ideas which one is genius but this incident happen since 24.02.2018. Under liability defect period. Such a jokes. TNB bill for March 2018 not receive yet. Call TNB, they say already send, but our letter box do not have a copy of the TNB bill. The management office KJP, their contract will be end on 15.05.18 same for the cleaning service and security service. |

Before I had disputed this issue with some residents (including group admin lady), Also found that many of the residents here have no vision, or the apartment to live knowledge, often unreasonable requirements such as: blindly reduce the management fee only. We should know that when there is a cash flow problem in the apartment management, there is an excuse to shirk responsibility.

KJ property condominium management is totally incapable of managing high-quality apartments, so many problems caused by EPIC have not been solved. Must kick out KJ property, & re-appoint capable apartment management company
