I am interested to purchase one of the unit here but I heard many negative comments in this forum such as the management, facilities, water bill, foreign workers and many others..... . Is it a good property for own stay to be honest?

Hi All, is there any available unit to rent ? I'm looking for the unit @epic but seems like the agents i found , they r pushing me to another condo they claims that unit was rented out ( but I can still see the advertisements online with new updated )
I'm serious tenant, local chinese married with one son, no pet.

This place is quite convenient, local chinese koptiam, very tasty ipoh curry noodle , malay food and indian food all within walking distance. Want cut hair, IT gadget, laundry service or self service laundry, grocery and super market all are just around.

how much is the rental for epic suite?

Hi people! I am interested to buy a unit here, for own stay + maybe rent out a room. But looking at the negatives comments Anyway, those were few years back, how's the management doing and the surrounding of the residence now? Planning to visit the residence soon!

ps: just registered my account today because I am really keen to get this property and would like to hear honest words from the buyers, especially the residents! Many thanks in advance.

got a unit there end of 2019. the environment is good. my family feel safe when we step into this property. May be my expectation not as high as other.

Maintenance office lady is friendly and helpful. Corridor walk area clean everyday.

It is all depend how we take the comments. Is it the negative or just normal as staying in condo communities. for example (the most I read in this post)

1. LED light at rooftop not light up - I took it not so negative because that cosmetic related
2. Notice in elevator - I took it not so negative because that is one of the strategy to inform residents about urgent information. I totally agreed that we can beautified it. currently i rate the notice is neat or just that my level of neat is different

I will rate my stayed experience is good. Will note some of the common experience
1. Maintenance office staff is friendly and helpful - fast respond in email, phone and in person. Have not experience any negative experience with maintenance staff
2. Maintenance office continuous improvement. Saw improvement in Security. Install security grill at LG floor at carpark which there is risk someone able to climb. Installed access door at carpark which is another level of security. even someone might debate that should be basic requirement. and I totally agreed and the topic here is maintenance office continuous improvement.
3. Install intelligent sensor light at carpark - carpark is light up
4. Never experience faulty elevator that you need to walk staircase
5. Environment in my level foyer is good. when the elevator door open, i will fill comfortable. the light source and the space of the foyer make me comfortable
6. Cleanliness at common area is acceptable - regularly clean my floor common area
7. More privacy - the walking path design you no need to pass by many units (maybe 0, 1 or 2 at maximum). that also mean that less people will walk pass your door.
8. 150 units per tower mean not so crowded. Most of the time elevator have space for you, if MCO time you dont want to same elevator with other also fine and you can wait for the next empty elevator. it is pretty fast.
9. Garbage disposable room - cleanliness is good.

Good buy for own stay
