like previous member said,its lot easy to install a glass sp,just clean n apply it, salah position also nevermind,coz can 'slide' the glass panel it back to perfect alignment

and it not cost alot too,u can get it for around rm18 from lyn garage sales

Any improvement on the updates ?

Anyone notice when people call , the ringing tone is few second delay eventhough the screen shows someone is calling ?
and the sound from caller a bit dull and not sharp enough ?
Using BD27 ?

I thought I saw the slide to unlock round button showing battery power remaining % before. But now it does not display the % any more. Searching for its settings but to no avail. Anyone knows how to get the slide to unlock button showing the battery remaining % ?

This is the same version that you click update.
Just that, those who bought China WCDMA set not can enjoy Malaysia ROM.

Same time those who want to reinstall fresh copy of Full updated ROM, can do so too.

That new stable ROM they just put up is a whopping 555MB , size is much bigger than previous versions.

The sim 1 telco signal icon at the top information bar keep showing up for 1 second then disappeared even though sim slot 1 wasn't enabled in the settings.

Any fix for the caller ringing volume delay ?
Does it get ram reduce ?
Sim 1 telco disappeared ? did you test inserting sim 1 slot ?

Happy to not even the official rom comes with Google Apps pre-installed. So far so good. Tried playing downloaded movie from my SD card and it runs flawlessly also. One improvement it can make in the future is install lighting for the keys and a bump to 2gb ram would be nice. Also the land screen should be blackened to fit the colour of the phone.

1st time using MIUI, so I dun really know what has been improved.

The telco signal icon occasionally appear at the status bar eventhough that SIM2 is disabled and I dun find a way to turn off data for SIM2. Does it really hv such an option?

You got insert 2 sims card and disable sim2 or you only insert 1 sim card but sim2 icon appear at status bar ?
Try clearing the cache at apps .

Maybe you try and disable 3G at 2nd sims or MMS on 2nd sim card.

I also wanted to ask , about the camera.Can change to memory card when taking picture ?
