I am happy with it as I feel it perform better than my previous Moto G.
Best part is that MIUI give alot of advantage to control the phone.

Not to forget, the external charger & extra battery it's a plus to own this phone.

Yeah, downside of Moto G is non-removable, not exactly a cons, but if able to removable the battery on Moto G, that would be Bonus.

u cant compare both car with same power but one you in 100kg and another u just have the drive...
of course the lighter one will be faster lo...
i only use MotoG for a month... i don how it feel after loads of stuff inside already...

my case terbalik, my mum 1s compare with my moto g, my unit more responsive and smooth then her... then only 1s that i like is the dual sim function call method is far better then the moto g type. same to sms. easy to recognize . 1s camera also better then moto g , and got sd card which 1st gen moto g lack off.

hope more ppl getting their redmi 1s soon. then we can have a more lively discussion

one think i like about this phone is the gps. it locks to the satellite within seconds of using the gps app.

Does anyone facing problem with Wechat Video call function? When i receive or make a call with redmi 1s, on my side the voice will keep echo and the other side is unable to hear any voice; but i can hear the speech of the other side clearly. There is no problem with voice call and sent voice chat, only video call have issue

I like the size of this phone... not too big... but.. anyone else facing this also?

When I'm browsing net, open maybe 2 tabs in the browser.when I return to first tab from second tab, the tab will have to reload instead of showing me the webpage directly (since I've already loaded it earlier).

Is this setting problem or wat? Anything can be done? This doesn't happen on my hobgmi note inport set.

Seems like the 4G version Hongmi will be announced next week during the press conference if nothing goes wrong, as TENAA specs already official out.

From specs, its most likely will be the same mt6582 soc + mt6590 modem setup, 1gb ram 8gb rom, supporting TDD standard network only. Also it runs on Android 4.2.2

U mean samsung note 2? I was referring to hongmi note. This feature to be on 1s, theb it will be perfect phone for me. Any idea wats the reason? Anything to do with the processor?

lol. yea. just nice size. coming from 4 inch size, this is comfortable. maybe stepping stone to the bigger 5.5 inch

let's put it this way, when I'm browsing with multiple pages, it doesn't auto reload when I switch between pages.

however, if I multi task with other apps, then subsequently return to the browser, the browser pages will appear 'grey' and when I select that page, it will auto reload.

my guess is ram issue.
