Maybe I worded it wrongly, maybe I should say anti-shaking instead. Photo won't be blurred just cause my dog moves a bit at the very second the photo is captured. I guess maybe it requires fast photo capturing? I'm not asking for very good one I'd just be happy it's capable of capturing good pictures (not blurred due to moving) in maybe 8 of 10 of my photo taking trials under the RM1k budget.
The chances of the camera moving and subject moving are about the same if you are talking about an active dog (maybe yours is docile).....so depends on shutter speed vs movement and also any image stabilization (these, perhaps a few phones with OIS).I just don't want to burst your bubble or inflate your hopes. 8/10 keepers for an active moving subject is something even professionals with serious equipment cannot guarantee. I should let you browse my phone gallery at my useless but amusing attempts at shooting an adult shi tzu.
All phones being recommended here are actually 'responsive' to shutter presses which may be what you want for "fast". All also offer electronic stabilization. Non have Optical stabilization (a useless feature for photographing animals) because camera movement is always less critical than subject movement in this case. None will track the subject (maybe the G3 can, if their engineers are smart enough) which is damned important for animal subjects.
So all in, it is not a deal maker or killer.
As a user of H3C I can say the auto focus is crap and you will get 8/10 misfocus on a static subject....but I dare say with good reckoning most of the rest also about there...
