Dont compare too much.. everybody have their preference on choosing the area..
Rimbayu consider new development area..same as KK back long years ago.. KU developed after KK and not as main township.. and yet we cant compare also to the future Tropicana Aman or EcoSanctuary... but we can use mature housing area as an example..so that we can improve for a better living...

So to be clear, the nearest schools
from bandar Rimbayu is Kota Kemuning?

A slight concern to those with school-going kids,
but then again, Rimbayu is too new, and hence no schools there yet.
*
I dont mind with the distance... the important thing is we need a good accessible route...
as my current situation, my son travelling about 13km one way everyday to school...and he is in standard 5 now...

13 km one way, if no traffic jam, only 10 min travelling time. But with traffic jam ....... rclxub.gif
*
normally it takes about 20mins if send him by myself but when using school van it takes about 40mins... i wouldn't change my son' school if move in to rimbayu... perhaps ijm accelerate the work to complete the Saujana Link otherwise just hope that Jln Kmpong Lombong getting better...huhu
the school located at USJ...

I would say Bandar Rimbayu have similar situation with Putra Height in early days back 12 years ago... PH phase 1 is Section 8, took 5-10mins to travel to LDP entrance via USJ25, the route stretch approx. 9km...while to go to the small shop nearby is 2-3km thru Alam Megah or Bkt Lancong... BRimbayu Kemuning Link + pass thru KK approx. 10km..might take 10-15mins travel time...and residence can go along Jln Kg Lombong for small shop or kedai mkn, the distance about 4-5km...
for me it is not a problem... i have face it before...

Use Elite Highway..... but wait for the Saujana Putra link to complete first.  blush.gif
*

so current promotion not for non-bumis ? damm... 750k for bumi-release already include discount ?
*
current available unit is bumi quota... RM643k is originally RM692k...so next month when they release it will increase about RM50k...
but may be ijm will give some rebate... last promo for chimes is rebate RM20k... meaning the increase is RM30k only...but not sure for this Perennia promo...

but from email, looks like not ijm is delaying the process...
*
i just called rimbayu, they release letter of consent to transfer...my one, I got cc letter about last week...
now lawyer waiting Pej Tanah to reply and it take around 2 weeks..then only bank can disburse the loan payment...
if the case is due consent to transfer, rimbayu will waive the interest...

I suppose that's just his personal opinions.  Definitely sales and appreciation for most project would not repeat the last 5 years trend.  Most appreciate close to 100%.

Anyway with good 'LOCATION' and 'ENVIRONMENT' will be able to cover it up.  Definitely within the near proximity of Klang Valley, landed property won't be a bad choice for medium to longer term.  I believe most of our next generation won't be able to purchase a landed property with good location.  blush.gif

what is the definition of Good LOCATION and Good ENVIRONMENT?

So just choose the place you like now.... whether what will be happen
in future is not fully control by us.  Just enjoy it now tongue.gif

If the thing become worst and you can't tolerate it anymore, then change it smile.gif

We are here to share ideas but not argue  brows.gif
