QUOTE(happyice @ Oct 16 2014, 10:41 AM) https://www.google.com.my/maps/dir/2.955549...!2d3.157187 happyice...This is the line i plan to use if really need to drive, to avoid kesas, 33 mins without traffic, probably reach in 40 mins to 45 mins? if Puchong/BK to KLCC, around 6.30, u can reach in 25 mins (even without toll) if 6.45, is 30 to 40 mins (with toll) if 7am, is 45 mins if 7.30am, is 1.15 to 1.30 if KLCC back puchong/BK, peak hours, >1 hour.. average i think 1 hour 15 mins i feel if take MEX< the route i show above, could reach rimbayu even earlier.. Still hoping for lrt of course.. Sell nasi lemak at rimbayu.. u guys will support me hor.. hahahaha Yes, I stay at kota kemuning & putra heights & tmn Puchong Utama before, also gombak, sg long, PJ, so i think i'm quite familiar with the traffic already, hahaha currently my work travelling takes 50-70mins... i left Putra Heights at 7.15am drive to LDP in front IOI and takes Kesas then MEX... it only takes 25-35mins to reach toll plaza... the rest u know how KL traffic situation, but I reach the office between 8-8.30am... i use to be work in klcc before but now just at Jln Tun Razak near LRT Ampang Park... travel back just shoot MEX to Putrajaya and Elite upnorth to PH... so Rimbayu will be better location if you follow my route... but everyone seem scared about distance and travelling time... as your thought...later u can choose to drive or go to LRT... *i work on flexi hours and my comp paid my car park...hehe so just close my eyes paying extra toll... |

Talking about Putra Heights LRT Final Station...for both Kelana Jaya and Sri Petaling Lines...
(to summarize...actually 3 stations are based inside PH territories.. ETA from PH to KLCC might take 40mins or more...) this photo showed PH developement near that LRT station... it might be a convenience spot for Rimbayu residence as well, beside BSP and One City/Main Place... QUOTE(zzzhhhzzz @ Oct 16 2014, 11:03 AM) Oic .. so how long it took to get it stamped after you have signed ? Cuz the sequence for us Bumi-release purchaser is a bit different. I signed the SnP even before securing the loan. And the lawyer handling my SnP is on holiday till MOnday I think the workflow is same...it is just we bought at middle or end of stage... the progress billing more than 50% already...I signed S&P on day 14th after booking date (loan not yet offered but secured)... it stamped a week after that... then wait within 90 days for loan disbursement... But leasehold taking more time...handling MOT and Consent to charge...developer will allow waive for that... |

this is comparison...distance between AI to KLCC and BR to KLCC... i'm fine with BR because NO JAM @ ELITE and MEX... but KESAS between Kemuning to Summit is SUPER JAM... ya you can opt to LKSA, Federal Hiway or NPE.. the plan about connection bridge has been spread long time before... MPSJ not willing to allow connection because it will make PH congested earlier than it supposed... but there is possibility in the future... a lot of jalan mati.. due to river and Kg Bukit Lanchong... 3 end road @ PH and 1 in Alam Megah... and also 4 end road @ KK towards the river... QUOTE(PeriPeri2014 @ Nov 4 2014, 09:02 AM) yup can propose LRT3 Johan Setia connecting to Putra Heights Station and might continue to Cyber/Putrajaya...Rimbayu seem in the middle of both end station... I taught LRT3 will go thru GCE and Setia Eco Park toward Meru/Bukit Raja...but mostly along Federal only... May be can propose BRT extension as well to KK... current BRT covered Sunway and part of Subang/USJ... |
