The starting price of Phase 2 ( 22x80 ) is at RM 660K. I don't think IJM is that daring to sell the bumi release standard units at RM 850K.

If really at RM 850K, may be can consider to buy the other nearby freehold development Alam Impian current launch of 24x80 2500 sq ft at RM 806K already.

This was the previous bumi release of Chimes in Feb 2014, all grab within a few hours.

660k is for 22*80, but 750k for 24*80 when phase 2 launched.
When year end release bumi lot 850k very make sense!
Even launched phase 1 and phase 2 time, also can select alam impian with bigger unit for same price. But also attract many buyer as well as the township concept many ppl very love it

what do you guys think about properties in AI as compared to rimbayu.... both nearby and rimbayus price is catching up with AI already ...

Just help my sister in law booed 1 unit. AI is not selling at lower price, a typical two storey with 4+1 rooms and five bath. This weekend one more event to push sales.

Both township are next to Kota Kemuning with different attraction. I love both.

Rimbayu year end got new neighbour by tropicana,
Year 2015 another new neighbour by eco world.
So you can imagine how is this area XD

Free spa and half MOT. Still around 40 + units to choose from. Just beside the huge public park of AI.

One thing about I&P, you buy the unit half a year later or 1 year later After launch, price remained unchanged. Slow and steady. Issue: Commercial development yet to start.

22x70 with 10ft land, price 931k/956k

Which one you will choose?

Nothing weird, like i got 2 friends also went AI see the feel, but they do not like.
But they love Rimbayu feel, they are not looking really the size of house. s.q. 2100 and 2200 for us really big impact? or environment, quality and concept more important?

is better for a house come with 3ph. you can have hassle free to connect more load (water heater, hob, oven, air cond and etc) and without much worried that it will overload when running them concurrently. Having a single phase will limit your usage of equipment at 1 time. Overloading will cause your main electrical board to trip.
