The Chimes bumi release only has end lot or corner lot. Selling price from 981k. Just wonder, what is the original selling price for end lot/corner lot for Chimes when it first launched?

Just came back from Rimbayu Office. Had to settle this before flying off for a long business trip.

It seems, my unit is only around 45-60% complete. Tried to go in and see the actual unit, but they won't let me in.

Earlier, the salesman told me, all Chimes unit will be equipped with single phase, when I sign the agreement, apparently it is 3 phase.

Yes, but 3 months later, launch phase 3b cluster Semi D 930k above, phase 4 link home 800k above.
2 years later, intermediate for phase 1 should be 850k++, phase 2 should be 950k++.

Currently, kemuning utama 22*70 selling 830k++.

Just for middle range group, developer just use different strategies,
Maybe still can get price RM700,000++ landed, but with smaller unit like 20*70.

how much do you all think they will sell phase 2 intermediate lot bumi release ?

my 2 cents is RM850k onward with limited units, average RM1mil onward also. Because standard units also almost sapu all already when launched.
