Phase 4 selling 780k++, 810k++, now still hav about 10 units i think , anyway, i wonder wat happened if it was priced at 700k++ or 750k++, will it be balloting? Will it be like phase 1 where thousand register and only if u r lucky u get to buy?
If yes, then it's not good for those buying for own stay, i think those looking for own stay can go and choose which house they like... If cheap, u dun even get the chance to buy...all investor buy and flip, u can buy when ready, with even more expensive price... If no, then why sell so cheap if it's not that hot anyway? I am a fan of both AI and BR, I not arguing which one is better here yah. but when i saw Rimbayu, I just love it so much and then ... imagine, come out from house , forgot to bring something, u go back, then u come out again.. u pay double toll... it's like a toll in front of your house.. go KK to have breakfast, pay toll, come back, pay toll... hmmm in rimbayu, u can go puchong breakfast (no toll i guess)? go KK breakfast, second & first roundabout also has shop.. in the future, if it's really happening ('if'), then even can just stay in rimbayu.. btw, not sure if there's any commercial area at Tropicana Aman and Ecosanctuary? Should have also right? |

For HongLeong Bank Islamic housing loan..
