My edifier M3300 having annoying crackling sound on my left satellite speaker, may i know what causing that and how much to fix it?

Probably oxidized interconnect connectors, what you can do is:

1. Off power
2. Remove all the plugs related to M3300
3. Get a cotton bud or tissue and spray on WD-40 lubricant on it.
4. Wipe those plugs and also the serial port connector pins.
5. Plug back in test again.
