What is better for music listening, the 2.0 or 2.1 speaker? I'm not a basshead.
And it seems th r1700bt model more expensive than r18000tiii. Does it really differ much in sound quality? Should I go for the the r1700bt model or just get the r1800tiii and buy a cheap bluetooth receiver?
Repairing my Edifier S730D cost me Rm68. Not bad I suppose. He told me something was loose inside and some other stuff he didn't specifically told me. Now it's working wonders again. Definitely my fav speaker.

Usually 2.0 would be better for music listening for much easier to get balanced overall soundings. 2.1 speaker do sound good, just the matter of sub integration needs a little careful, like positions and volume.
For R1700BT and R1800TIII would be better you audit yourself, but do take note does the volume control position will bother you or not.

Thanks. I think maybe going for 2.0 for better stereo as 2.1 the sub woofer is mono.
For movies, series, anime, gaming (80%) + music (20%), which setup would be good, a 2.0 or 2.1? Budget around RM200. Max RM300. Want to keep budget as minimum as possible.
Prefer to have to some kind of remote/ controller to control the volume. If possible to have multiple input, would help as well. Frequency response or RMS power is important?
The last speaker i owned was Altec Lansing ATP3 (bought in 2001, now rosak already, already disposed sad.gif )
