oh. btw bro i will mention in detail how to check. (hopefully i can still remember)
open your radiator cap.
start your engine.
let it warm up.
if after warm up lets say 10-20mins you do not see the water flowing then your thermostat is stuck / water pump not working.
i have the experience of checking the thermostat when just warm up working fine.
but when running on the road the temperature goes up.
later found out the thermostat is intermittent when i took it out to test.
troubleshooting cars takes a lot of patience and luck.
if the problem is straight forward then your luck is good. if not you will be scratching your head for days or weeks haha!
but if you keep going you will gain valuable experience.
you can find tips on how to check the thermostat online and other troubleshooting tips. cars basically are the same.
i hate remove parts from kancil to repair. its really cramp in the engine bay.
