Yeap..normal user wont notice if its DNS problem..

Without vlan tag, there is no way I can use Unifi IPTV?
I just bought the RT-N14UHP, mean I cant use IPTV for this router? 

Upgraded to 10Mbps, received the promo of RM 20 discount.

I got the email confirmation that it is upgraded... Download speed still 5Mbps but upload speed is 10Mbps.

Finally download speed is 10Mbps now, in fact highest was 12Mbps. But hogging around 10-11Mbps. The technician called that it is fixed, I came back home after work and tried it.

Even my upload speed which was around 10Mbps now has "upgraded" to 12-14Mbps.

I don't really know as I have just upgraded my package on Monday. Upload speed was upgraded but not download speed, today all is normal.

is it me or certain sites loads very slow especially 4chan? holy shit man, gifs...images...all load like f***ing snail speed

certain sites other than 4chan is really really REALLY slow too, its like taking forever to load a pic, unifi really damn pathetic, cant even load an image properly

password should be the same as the log in password to the unifi page right?

Hi, recently upgraded fr 5Mb to 10Mb.. promotion package the guy offered it at RM179/mth ..Took it, good deal. came with nothing else but a 24 mth contract he he.. good for you TMNet.. I hv been trying to get TIME service though (and not UNIFI) but my apt building missed TIME available connection point by 50m.. darn.. next building got it.

Well my question is..my best downloading speed under the old 5Mb line was 500~600Kb/s. Mathematically, i should get at least 1Mb/s with 10Mb line.. NOT TRUE. It is only 750Kb/s. Is this normal? I intend to ask the TMCare support on this but just wondering if this is expected. Any input is appreciated.

Asus RT-AC66U Wireless Router, is this okay? Plus it is compatible with the UniFi services such as the HyppTV? Do I need to inform the UniFi people that I'm changing to a new router?

Are you using it as well? If so, is there anything I should know about it?

i can't connect wireless with my device to unifi.. through cable is okay.. I've emailed UNIFI and they've given me steps to go through ie change channel etc .. still no go...

i've requested UNIFI to send a technician to have a look .. but they say will charge RM50 to come.. I have no problems connecting wirelessly until a month ago.. then the connection started getting erratic and a few days ago completely died out..

I'm wondering why i'm being charge through no fault of my own .. they've told me that if there is problem with the router, might have to change it . i don't mind paying for that, since i'm not that tech savvy to buy a modem and configure myself... anyone have the same problem?

hello guys,i need some advice on buying new router to replace my stock unifi router(TRG212M silver colour)..currently im eyeing on these router:
1- TP-LINK WDR4300
2- TP-LINK WDR3600
2- ASUS RT-N12HP
3- ASUS RT-N14UHP
so which one should i get?my choice is to get the TP-LINK WDR4300 because it has gigabit port+dual band and 3 antenna..but i still confused if my decision is the best or not..will anyone help me to get the best+stable+can support iptv router for my vip20 unifi?

p/s:i cant get the fast speed of vip20 with the stock router,thats why im planning to upgrade my router..my download rate is so slow(under 1MB per second!!!)

whoa..the tp-link router also have the random disconnection problem?one of the reason why im changing the router is also about that problem on my stock router..hmm..its like im going for asus like u suggested..tq bro..
