i want to ask about the bill after upgarde to unifi.
i already paid the bill of streamyx 19/7/14 - 18/8/14
my unifi is install at 1/8/14, streamyx terminate after few day.
now the unifi bill is coming
VIP5 (24 Months Contract) Monthly Fee 01/08/2014 18/08/2014 86.52
VIP5 (24 Months Contract) Monthly Fee 19/08/2014 18/09/2014 149.00
tm will not refund the balance to me? since my streamyx already terminate around 4/8/14. now i already paid more 4/8/14 - 18/8/14

TM is said "the payment period between the Bill Date and Payment Due Date in UniFi monthly bill for all UniFi customers will be changed to 21 days from the current 30 days.
"
now after you receive the bill you got 30day to paid, but after 11/9, the due date will change to 21day, so you only have 21 days to paid your bill after receive the bill

just bought a RT-N12D1 from lazada, now i have a problem, after i fill in the username and password, but still cannot cannect to internet.
For the wifi strength, very weird the TM modem more strong compare with RT-N12D1

now upgrade to biz 5mb got free one month fee? this month i just upgrade my home and office to unifi, but office unifi got free one month  i thought only new apply got free one month fee  |
