Only the credit period has been shortened from 30 to 21 days.
Before 911 (that's Sep 11!

), my previous bill which was from 19 Jul till 18 Aug but payment due date was on 18 Aug & billing date, 19 Jul. However after 911 (ahem again!), my latest bill which was from 19 Sep till 18 Oct but payment due date is on 10 Oct & billing date, 19 Sep.
So using the 30 days credit period, it should be 18 Oct but the 21 day new ruling made the due date to 10 Oct.
Therefore the email is definitely NOT true! Don't take my word for it. Check your unifi billing or at
