Don't forget about huge flies too.....as the location is just opposite the garbage collection center.

Do a google search and visit the areas.

As for the 22x92, could it be nada alam ? That's another huge development but the quarry business next to it is another health hazard. The last i heard, the developer says, the business will cease operation once the project VP but unless you are the quary owner, they can say anything.

Selangor address and Negeri Sembilan address. Land price is big difference. Look at how much pelangi height by MKH price their bungalow vs ecohill or eco majestic. For the price of cluster home in either EH or EM, you can get a huge bungalow with 9000sq ft LA with MKH.

I have seen pajam house.....pretty spacious and the stair case even use glass instead of grill. Not bad for own stay. Investment wise, again, it goes back to what property all the cina folks going/plan to goreng. It is not what you want but what the cina folks wants so that they don't mind paying subsale.

So, best is to stick to selangor address.

Another utmost concern is there is neglible commercial activity around, and the small one lane road in front of Nada Alam always jam jam jam during the peak house. doh.gif

Big competition is GOOD. Puchasers can have the choices to pick the best of all.

Will they pick normal terrace, or just guarded community or PSEUDO GnG or the largest stratified GnG.

Purchasers can make their choices based on their preference, budget, etc.

you just strike me an idea.. i shall compile all newly vp props in kajang and mahkota in new treads.. too many DSL newly completed.. havent include SEH and EM, southville.. going to be scary.. current vped price cannot even match or near SEH/EM/Southville selling price upon VP.. only LANDED.. HIGH RISE IS ANOTHER TRAGEDY..

for own stay anyway is welcomed... price wise choose better one.. seri pajam haizzz..
