KV does have prime land in mutiple pockets but none is BIG enough to do a more concerted FULLY GATED AND GUARDED township. Thus, this make Ecohill 1&2 plus EM to be pretty stand out of the rest.

IMHO, would a developer really so concern whether you are a pia kah liao purchaser or a roti canai seller? To them, ultimately the utmost important issue = all sold out within hours of launching ... sad but that's the reality

from what I heard from ecoworld JB sales gallery, they are going to launch Eco Summer & Spring (Tebaru area) by this Sunday morning 9am too. Will it be same date and time with EcoMajestic ? For those who already put cheque earlier on for EcoSummer/Spring, they got priority to select unit on the launching day, with FCFS basis. Those who never put cheque have to giveway first lo.

I agree with your point. Does the developer care? Do they care if only bad units are available for public? Do they care if purchasers queue up long hours without muce TLC?

Probably, the answer will be obtained on Saturday and Sunday.

Last time EcoSky we received sms on Thursday nite (if not mistaken).
The sms said launch Saturday after 6pm.
So I went Saturday around 11am. Linger around showroom.
All prospective buyers just lingering around. No people queue at that time, just scattered here and there.
Around 3.30pm Saturday, those SA started to organise a queue.
And you can see people dashed to be the first.
After around 5minutes, when the queue is organised, the order is there.
First come first served. Those who dropped by at 4pm, most probably getting number 100+.
Not to mentioned those who came after 6pm.
